Return Periods
Time period begins the day you receive your product. Items should be returned in like-new condition. Credit will be issued back on the original purchase credit card – less related shipping charges. Also, depending on the circumstances, a 50% restocking fee may apply (to cover our loss), since we can not resell a used instrument.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping or defective upon arrival, please contact us right away. We will either refund or replace the item (at our discretion). Also, we will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.
RF Explorer Repairs (First-In-Technology)
We partner with First-In-Technology for minor RF Explorer repairs – they do excellent work and their rates are very reasonable. In all cases you would be responsible for shipping the device to First-In-Technology. Depending on the situation, we may or may not cover the cost of the repair and return shipping. Please contact us first before sending a device for repair.
When you send a device for repair please include a copy of the email thread that explains the problem and includes our permission to proceed with the repair.
