seconds then try the following:
1. If you are using FireFox, then try swiching to IE (changes in
FireFox 2.0 may have affected the ability to redirect to PayPal's
checkout site).
2. Refresh your browser with Ctl-F5 to
force a refresh of the cache of temporary files.
3. Due to security changes that Microsoft implemented in the SP2
version of Windows XP you might see the following message:
"To help protect your security, Internet
Explorer has restricted this file from showing Active Content that
could access your computer."
To enable active content or scripting on a case-by-case basis, when
the yellow Information Bar appears, click on it and select "Allow
Blocked Content...".
4. Clear the browser's cache of temporary files -- from Internet
Explorer's top menu select Tools / Internet Options /
Delete (Temporary Files...)
